I received one of James’s letters at a house that I inherited from my parents. I was extremely skeptical as I had received tons of these types of letters before. I did some due diligence on James and saw he had very positive reviews online as a realtor so I decided to give him a call. From our initial phone call to set up an appointment for him to stop by to the closing of escrow, he was 100% on top of it all.
